Engr. Dr. Rasheed Abdullahi Agava
Director Civil and Environment, Engineering Infrastructure
Who hailed from Okene, Kogi state is a Director in the Department of Engineering Infrastructure of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI). He started his early education at the Local School Management Board, Ibeke, Kogi State 1975 and has Masters degree in Material and Metallurgy from the famous Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State.
Over the years, Dr Agava has garnered enormous wealth of work experience in the field of Science and Technology from being an Instructor I at National Institute of Mining and Geosciences in Jos, Plateau State in 1996 before joining Federal Ministry of Science and technology as Senior Research Engineer in the Department of Technology Acquisition and Assessment in 2004. He had a stint as Head of Department, Technical Services at the Hydraulic Equipment Development Institute (HEDI) Kano, one of the development institutes under NASENI before moving to the NASENI headquarters in 2010.
Dr. Agava, a COREN registered Engineer is a member of many professional bodies in the realm of science and technology. He is a registered member of the following professional bodies; Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Nigerian Material Society (NMS), Nigeria Metallurgical Society (NMS), Metallurgical, Mining & Materials Division of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.
Dr. Agava is a renowned researcher in the field of engineering with special interest in the area of Minerals Equipment and infrastructural Management, Mineral Processing, Minerals Equipment designs, Mineral beneficiation, Facility Management, Environment and safety issues in Mineral processing, iron and steel making and has many journals (both local and international) to his credit.
He got his Phd at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State.
He is happily married with children.
Engr. Dr. Olayode Adesola Olasupo
Director (Manufacturing Services) in the Engineering Infrastructure Department
Born on 16th April 1972 in Ido-Osun, Osun State, Engr. Dr. Olayode Adesola OLASUPO is a Director (Manufacturing Services) in the Engineering Infrastructure Department, NASENI Headquarters. He bagged a B.Eng. and an M.Eng. degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from The Federal University of Technology Akure, and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Metallurgical and Materials Engineering) from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. He began his professional career as a Research and Development Officer in 1998 at Engineering Materials Development Institute (EMDI), Akure, where he rose to become a Principal Research and Development Officer before his transfer to the Agency’s headquarters in January 2008. His research focus has been in the area of Furnace and Kiln Design, Materials Design, and Nanotechnology among others. In the past five years, he has been working in the area of green synthesis of nanoparticles and nanocomposites for applications in the treatment of industrial wastewater and use as binders and detoxifiers in food and feed. He is a Registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a Professional Member of the Materials Science and Technology Society of Nigeria.
Dr. Mohammed Aminu Mohammed
Director Procurement
Dr. Mohammed Aminu Mohammed was born in Enjema, Ankpa Local Government Area of Kogi State. He had his early education at the L.G.E.D Primary School and from there he proceeded to Government Technical College, Ankpa where he got his WAEC Tech Certificate in 1988. His undying quest for more knowledge took him to Kaduna Polytechnic where he graduated in 1991 with NCE Tech and he gained admission to the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and had B.Ed Tech in 1994. Mohammed’s penchant for higher education made him proceed to the Federal University of Technology, Minna where got his Master’s degree (M. Tech) in 2008 and Ph.D. in Automobile Technology in 2017 respectively. He is presently running his second Master’s degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at the Kaduna State University, Kaduna.
Dr. Mohammed worked as Assistant Dean, Student Affairs at the Kaduna Polytechnic for four Years (1997 to 2001) and also acted as Dean, Student Affairs for a year before becoming the substantive Dean, Student Affairs in the year 2002 and held the office till the year 2006. He joined National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) in 2010 as a Special Assistant to the Executive Vice Chairman and he served as Deputy Director of both Monitoring & Evaluation unit under the Planning and Policy Analysis and Procurement Departments between 2016 and 2019. His dint of hard work and administrative expertise earned him a promotion to the rank of Director, Procurement in 2020.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Corporate Resource Management and a member of many professional bodies which include; Automotive and Locomotive Engineers Institutes (a division of the Nigerian Society of Engineers), Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Management of Nigeria.
Dr. Mohammed is an astute researcher and a writer. He has many publications to his credit. Among his seminar papers are “Needed Innovative Practices Among Public-Private Partnership and Vocational Education for Enhancing Skill Training of Underprivileged. An International Conference on Technical Education and Training (TVET) for Employment, Income and Job Quality. September 2019 in Duhilkheli, Nepol and “The Significance of Specialization on Engineering Training in Nigeria”. Published in International Journal of Innovative Science, Engineering and Technology. Mr. Sa’idu Aminu
Director Administration and Human Resource
Sa’idu Aminu, a seasoned administrator was born on 14th June 1974 and he hails from Tarauni local government area of Kano state. He left GidanGona Special Primary School,U/Uku, Kano state in 1986 to Government Secondary School Sharada where he had his West Africa Examination Certificate in 1992.
Sa’idu had all his post-secondary school education at the prestigious Bayero University, Kano. He graduated in 1999 with Bsc in Business Administration, Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) 2003. Masters Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) 2004 and Certificate in Higher Professional Diploma in Computer Studies (2012-2014). He became an Associate Member, Institute of Public Administration of Nigeria In 2016.
He started his post-qualification working experience at the Atlantic Investment where he worked between 2001 and 2013 before moving to Kano State Primary Education Board in 2004 and he proceeded from there to Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna in 2007. He moved to the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) in October 2018 where he was later appointed Deputy Director (AHR) and was also elevated to the rank of acting Director, Administration and Human resources.
In 2018, he was given an accelerated promotion by President Muhammadu Buhari to the rank substantive Director of Administration and Human Resources at the NASENI Headquarters.
The young and vibrant administrator has served as secretary to many high-power committees within the public services. The committees include; Research Coordination Committee, Committee for the conversion of Kaduna Polytechnic to University, Committee on Establishment of Data Section, Convocation Committee 2016 and 2017, Committee to Investigate Registration Process for Proficiency Certificate in English Language for Foreign Student, etc
He has attended many workshops and conferences and has many research publications to his credit. He is happily married with children.
Mr Rajab Jibrin Haske
Director Accounts and Finance
Rajab Jibrin Haske, an accomplished accountant was born 2nd December, 1964 in Keffi, Nasarawa state. He had his early education at the St Peters Primary School, Keffi before proceeding to the Government Science School, Lafia where he had his GCE certificate.He studied Accountancy at the Kaduna Polytechnic and had his HND certificate in the year 1992 and his CNA from Nigeria College of Accountancy in 2003.
Haske’s quest for further education made him to enroll for both his PGD and Masters programme at the highly rated Abubarkar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi, where studied Accounting and Finance at the PGD level and MBA in Finance at the Masters degree level.
He is an enthusiastic and talented professional accountant with over 28 years of working experience in both private and public sectors. He worked for seven years at Kaduna Motors before he left for State House Presidential Villa, Abuja in 2003 and he rose to the rank of an Assistant Chief Accountant.
He left the State House in 2010 to join the Power Equipment and Electrical Machinery Development Institute, Okene (a developing institute under NASENI) as Chief Accountant. Because of honesty and diligence to work, he was moved to the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI HQ) as acting Director of Accounts and Finance in 2018 and in January 2021, he was elevated to the rank of Director, Finance and Accounts department by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Haske, as a goal getter belongs to many professional organisations and has attended many seminars and workshops both in Nigeria and abroad. He is a fellow of The Institute of Corporate Executives of Nigeria (FICEN) and a member of Chartered institute of Taxation .He is happily married with children.
Mr. Ado Ahmed Galadima
Acting Director Science Infrastructure
Ado Ahmed Galadima was born on the 2nd August, 1966 and brought up in Nasarawa Local Government of Nasarawa State. He went to Central Primary School, Nasarawa and finished in 1978. He went Ahmadiyya Community Secondary School, Onda-Nasarawa and finished in 1985. Then Proceeded to Bayero University, Kano where he obtained BSc Chemistry in the year 1990. He later went and obtained MSc Analytical Chemistry in the 2002 from the same University.
He started his career as Assistant Lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa in 1991 where he rose through the rank to the Apex as Chief Lecturer. While at the Polytechnic, he held numerous academic and administrative positions. Some of which include Head of Chemistry Unit. IJMB Science Coordinator, Pre-ND Coordinator, Deputy Dean Students Affairs Division, Head of Department SLT, Dean School of Applied Sciences to mention but a few.
He left the service of the Polytechnic and joined NASENI in 2015 as a Chief Scientific Officer. He assumed the position of Ag Director Science Infrastructure in 2019. He has served and still serving in numerous standing and adhoc committees of the Agency. He has over thirty (30) academic journal and conference papers to his credit. He is married with five (5) children.
Dr. Mrs. Chika Scholastica Ezeanyanaso
Deputy Director, Research Laboratory and DevelopmentShe hails from Igboukwu, Anambra State. She bagged a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Industrial Chemistry from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka and her master’s (M.Sc) in Industrial Chemistry (2003) from the same University. She holds a doctoral degree in Chemistry with area of specialization in Analytical Chemistry and Renewable energy from Chemistry department, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna State in (2011).
Dr. Mrs. Chika Ezeanyanaso also holds distinction in Diploma in Nutrition from Shaw academy, London practical professional online education. She started her career at National Research Institutes for Chemical Technology (NARICT) Zaria, where she undertook her National Youth Service in (2000-2001) and was later employed (2004) as Research Officer I. She worked with NARICT for nine (9) years and rose to the rank of Chief Research Officer in (2013). During her service in NARICT, She served in various capacity as Head, Polymer and Petrochemical division from (2009-2013), Acting Head of department Petrochemical and Allied department (2011-2013). She also served as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in NARICT STEP B programme.
Dr. Mrs. Chika Ezeanyanaso transferred her service to the Federal Institutes of Industrial Research Oshodi (FIIRO), Lagos in (2013) as Chief Research Officer where she rose to the position of Deputy Director in (2017). Dr. Mrs. Chika Ezeanyanaso also served as the Head of Polymer and Textile division from (2013-2022). She has attended several National and International workshops. She is a member of several professional bodies, Fellow Institute of Chattered Chemist of Nigeria (FICCON), Fellow Chemical Society of Nigeria (FCSN), member Polymer Institute of Nigeria (MPIN) and Fellow Corporate Administrator.
Dr. Mrs. Chika Ezeanyanaso joined the reputable Organization called National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) on the 4th of April, 2022 as a Deputy Director (Research Laboratory and Development). She has over 35 journal publications, 25 conference paper, 4 patents and some technical reports in book of proceedings. Dr. Mrs. Chika Ezeanyanaso is happily married with 4 Children.
Dr. Muhammad Usman Kaisan
Deputy Director Technical Services, Engineering InfrastructureDr. Muhammad Usman Kaisan is a Deputy Director Technical Services Department, National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI). He was seconded from Ahmadu Bello University where he was the Deputy Director of Equipment Maintenance and Development Center as well as a Senior Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Fellow of African Society for Engineering Management, Financial Secretary of Nigerian Young Academy, Member of so many professional bodies and Registered with COREN.
He hailed from Kirfi LGA of Bauchi State. He attended Nawairudden Primary School, Jenta Jos between 1986-1989; Muassah Quranic School Jos; 1989 to 1995, Community Science Secondary School, Naraguta Jos 1995-1997 and Plateau High School Jos, where he graduated as the overall best student in 2000.
Dr. Kaisan had his Engineering training from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he obtained B.Eng., MSc. And Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, years 2006, 2014 and 2017 respectively.

Mr. Kola Oyeniran

Kola Oyeniran has been in the ICT industry since 1991 working in various capacities and in different sectors. Presently, he is a Deputy Director/Head ICT with National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) Abuja, He started his career as an IT consultant with PricewaterHouseCoopers and later joined Intercellular Nig Ltd (a telecommunications outfit) as a Senior Manager in charge of Billing and rose to Head, ICT Thereafter, he joined John Holt plc as a General Manager (GM) ICT for systems design, development, implementation of both bespoke and off the shelf software systems. Specific duties and roles performed and projects handled in the last 27 years of his career include:
• Evaluation of software and hardware systems for optimal performance in an Enterprise environment
• Network planning for new operational branch(es) and deployment of ICT infrastructures nationally.

Engr. Ozigi Bernard. O.
Deputy Director Technology Business Development
Started his primary school education in 1975 at St Anne Nurseryabcima/Primary School in Kakuri, Kaduna south, Kaduna; and concluded it at Chapel Nursery/Primary School, Ilorin, Kwara State, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in 1980 and proceeded to Abdul Azeez Attah Memorial College, Okene in the old Kwara state now Kogi state between 1980 and 1985. He obtained his National Diploma (ND) in Metallurgy in 1988 from Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering (Production option) in 1992. He also obtained a Diploma Certificate in Computer Science from Lagos City Polytechnic in 1994. He also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State in 2015 & 2018 respectively.
He has proven track records of organizational, managerial skills, productive capabilities and excellent safety adherence having worked as Maintenance officer at Ondo State University works department, Works & Services Engineer at Federal College of Education Okene Works department and lately as Head (Maintenance & Technical Services of PEEMADI – Okene). Mr. Olusegun. S. Ayeoyenikan
Deputy Director, Information and Media
Mr. Olusegun. S. Ayeoyenikan is currently a Deputy Director at the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI). He is also the Chairman Board of Trustees, Technology Awareness Foundation (TAF). He was born in Iju-Odo, Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State. He A product of two (2) Universities-Obafemi Awolowo University(1998) and Ondo State University Ado-Ekiti(1995), Mr. O.S. Ayeoyenikan had a Master’s Degree in International Relations and B.A Hons. English Language and Literary Studies respectively. He is currently a Post-Graduate Student of Political Economy at, University of Abuja.
He began his journalism career in 1999 as a Reporter with Business Today, a T.V Programme on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Channel 5, Lagos. He later worked in The Guardian Newspapers Limited between 2000 to 2005. Olusegun Ayeoyenikan was the pioneer National President of the Science Communicators Association of Nigeria (SCAN), and Publisher of Discovery Nigeria magazine.
Aside from being a Board of Trustee of TAF, Ayeoyenikan has a passion for Volunteer Work, supporting the creation of awareness and prevention of HIV/AIDS disease.
As a volunteer social worker, he believes in the project of societal transformation to enable mankind to realize their full potential to achieve poverty alleviation. He is an advocate of the inculcation of science and technology culture in Nigeria and Africa’s way of life, especially it’s socio-economic systems to enable the continent to gain control over nature or the physical world around to vacate poverty, lack, misery, and general underdevelopment.
He co-authored a compilation of Unpublished Essays on “Perspective on Significance of Culture, Research, Science & Technology for Poverty Eradication and National Development”
Dr. MacDonald Aloko
Deputy Director Planning and Policy
Dr. MacDonald Aloko born 19th May, 1970 in Enwan, Akoko-Edo local government of Edo state, started his career with an ICT company before proceeding to obtained a PhD in Mathematics where he specialise in computational & Numerical Analysis. Presently, he is a Deputy Director (Planning and Policy Analysis) with National Agency for Science and Engineering infrastructure (NASENI), Abuja. Dr. Aloko is overseeing the corporate arm of PPA – NASENI and he is also researching in the area of integro-differential equations with focus on chaotic systems.
Mr. Ayinla Sulaimon Olarewaju
Deputy Director Audit
Ayinla Sulaimon Olanrewaju, a Professional Accountant, was born on the 1st October 1966 in Oshodi Lagos Nigeria.
He had his primary School Education at Methodist Primary School, Oshodi Lagos. He proceeded to Nigerian Model High School and Western College of Education Lagos for his Secondary School Education where he obtained the West African Examination Council (WAEC)
He studied Accounting and graduated from the University of Lagos in 1989. He went further to do his masters degree in Management from the same University, in 2009.
He is a member of The Association of Certified Accountants of Nigeria where he was awarded Certified National Accountant after successfully passing the prescribed examination.
He has worked in the Civil Service from 1993 to date in various organizations which include the Federal Ministry of Works, National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON ), to mention but two. He is currently A Deputy Director in charge of the Internal Audit unit of NASENI.

Worked in various capacity with Rank Xerox now Xerox H.S. Nigeria Limited for fourteen(14) years. He resigned his employment with XHS Nig. Ltd as Business Planning Manager in 2011 and joined National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) as Planning Officer.
Engr. Emmanuel Adewale Ajani
Deputy Director Engineering Infrastructure
Born on 3rd March 1971 in Lagos Island Local Government Area (LGA) of Lagos State, Engr. Emmanuel Adewale Ajani is a Deputy Director in the Engineering Infrastructure Department at NASENI Headquarters. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and an M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna. He began his professional career as a Pupil Engineer at the Maintenance Workshop of the Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB) between 1994 and 1995. From then, he worked in several private organizations at managerial levels before joining NASENI in May 2005. At NASENI, despite over ten years of working experience, he started as an Engineer II and rose steadily to the level of a Deputy Director. Engr. Ajani is a national expert in the field of Small Hydropower development. In the last four years, his research focus has been on the development of transformer insulation oils and dielectric fluids from renewable sources such as non-edible vegetable oils. He is a professional member of the International Network on Small Hydropower (IN-SHP); a corporate member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE); a professional member of the Materials Society of Nigeria (MSN); a registered engineer with the Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN); and member of the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Ms Grace Magaji
Deputy Director (EVC's OFFICE)
Ms Grace Magaji was born in Awak, Kaltungo Local Government of Gombe State; to the humble parentage of Mallam Magaji Mato (a retired teacher) and Nune Magaji.
Ms Grace attended Central Primary School, Azare from 1973-1978; Federal Government College, Azare from 1978-1983, College of Administration and Business Studies, Potiskum 1990-1992, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi 1998-1999 and University of Abuja 2010, where she obtained a BSc Public Administration.
She was trained earlier in Secretarial studies at the College of Administration and Business Studies Potiskum and also obtained an advanced diploma in business management at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University. With many years of experience both in the private and public sector, she worked as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary (Well Engineering Department) with Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCO), Bauchi Regional office from 1997-2001. In 2001, she got employed into the main Stream Civil Service and was posted to the Budget Office.
As a pool officer, she was opportune to work in various Ministries to mention but a few; Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Defence, Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Ministry of Labour, Federal Ministry of Science and Technology etc., where she carved a niche for herself by upholding to the ethos of the Civil Service. She has also attended several courses, training and workshops home and abroad.
By the grace of the Almighty God, dint of hard work, honesty of purpose, exemplary discipline, she was privileged to serve in NASENI from 2017 to date and currently is a Deputy-Director.
